I started Milestone after personally experiencing the challenges many homeowners encounter during home remodeling projects:

Uncertainty: I struggled to envision how different floorplans or design ideas would translate into real life, and it was extremely daunting to make decisions around design, materials, colors, etc.
Inefficiency: Meeting potential contractors without a concrete vision led to quotes based on individual interpretations, making it challenging to accurately compare costs.
Budget Concerns: Traditional interior designers left me apprehensive due to vague pricing and project scope. Design-build firms offered 3D renderings, but at a significant premium (almost double that of other bids!).
