Financing Your Project
Beautiful design and thoughtful planning should feel achievable, not out of reach. Whether you’re refreshing a single room or tackling a full renovation, there are several ways to make your investment more manageable.
Home Loan Options
If you’re planning a remodel or larger project, a home equity loan or line of credit can be a great way to fund your updates. These loans use the equity in your home to provide flexible financing with competitive rates and predictable payments.

Funds can be used for:

-
Kitchen or bathroom remodels
-
Additions or structural updates
-
Energy-efficiency upgrades
-
Consolidating multiple project expenses

Many local and national lenders offer home equity loans, and I’m happy to connect you with a trusted partner to help you explore your options.
Dollar Bank Timeline Credit Card
For smaller projects or short-term financing, Dollar Bank’s Timeline Credit Card offers a 0% introductory rate for 12 months on purchases and balance transfers, with credit lines up to $30,000.

It’s a simple way to cover decorating projects, sourcing, or early-stage design work without upfront interest.
