You'll find working with me to be extremely straightforward. Here's what you can expect.
Schedule a free, 30 minute virtual Meet & Greet for us to get to know one another and for me to learn more about your project.
Select a package and complete a client questionnaire to share more information and ideas.
Receive your initial designs within 10 business days, and provide feedback at your convenience. Each round of revisions or round of work will be completed within 10 business days.

Do I need to be located in Cleveland to work with you?
No, I can serve clients anywhere. All of my desk work is completed virtually, regardless of client location; however, Cleveland-based clients CAN opt for an in-home, paid consultation, where I learn more about the project and complete measurements in-person.

What are your deliverables?
Deliverables vary by package, but you can generally expect to receive a design overview package (PDF) showcasing all design concepts and a high resolution image gallery. Interior packages will also receive an immersive, interactive 3D panoramic view.

What if I don't love your designs? Do you offer refunds?
All packages include one round of revisions. We do not offer refunds once the client questionnaire has been completed.

How do I provide feedback in the design process?
You'll receive a link to an interactive version of the design overview package where you'll be able to leave notations and comments.

Do you order products and manage delivery/installation? Do you recommend contractors or provide financing?
Not at this time. Some packages do include shoppable links, but homeowners are responsible for placing orders and managing the project from there.

Do you offer discounts for multiple rooms?
Yes! If you are considering a multi-room project, please contact me for a custom quote.
