Meet South Woodland, my latest 3D bathroom design project!

In this case, I helped re-envision a dated bathroom. I provided three design concepts - exploring shower styles, type of vanity, mirror/lighting/storage style, etc. As with all projects, all concepts got developed in 3D, but the final selection got created as a high definition, photo realistic rendering.

Goals

• Visualize options for bathroom redesign via 3D renderings

• Visualize different tiles, shower doors, cabinets, etc.

Before

• Pink tile, dated fixtures, tub only

Design 1

• Kept pedestal-style sink, updated mirror and light fixture

• Added shower head and glass partition to tub; re-tiled tub walls

• Added basic black floor tile

• Added open shelving in corner

Design 2

• Selected vanity with storage; swapped mirror style

• Swapped floor tile for a bit louder style

• Kept shower head but reverted back to shower curtain

• Swapped open shelves in corner for storage cabinet

Design 3

• Kept tile, vanity, and lighting from design 2

• Swapped tub for shower pan and incorporated full-length shower doors
