Meet Smith, my latest virtual kitchen design project!
In this case, I helped re-envision a dated kitchen. The client purchased one of my 'planning only' 3D room design packages and completed the client questionnaire to provide measurements, inspiration pictures and other information. I provided three design concepts - exploring different colors and appliance configurations. As with all projects, all concepts got developed in 3D, but the final selection got created as a high definition, photo realistic rendering. The client leveraged the deliverables to solicit 'apples-to-apples' bids from a handful of contractors and will be moving forward with the project soon.
