Meet Greenbriar, my latest interior basement design project!
In this case, I worked with a family of five to re-envision their use of this space - which was already finished but very open concept. While that had served them well as a large play area for their three young boys, the children were getting older, and they were ready to make some changes - revisiting their needs and walling off different functional areas.
We worked together to visualize three different floorplans, testing different locations of each space, including a media/TV room, game room, fitness area, kids room and an office/workspace. As with all projects, all options got created in 3D, but the final selection got created as a high definition, photo realistic rendering. Which one would you have chosen?
