Meet Chatham, my latest online exterior home design project!
In this case, I helped re-imagine a front exterior, which had a dated look and limited curb appeal. The client purchased one of my flat rate online exterior home design packages and completed the client questionnaire to provide more information on their ideas and preferences. I developed three, good/better/best design concepts that met different budget levels. As with all projects, all designs got created in 3D, but the final selection got created as a high definition, photo realistic rendering. From there, the client leveraged the renderings to solicit 'apples-to-apples' bids from general contractors and will move forward soon.
